Upon registering for any GymKyds programs you are acknowledging that you have read & understood all GymKyds policies and will adhere to them.
Policies
- All cheques made payable to GymKyds Gymnastics Centre.
- No refunds after the 2nd class.
- Gymnasts should arrive at the gym no less than 5 minutes before their class.
- Long hair must be tied back neatly.
- No shoes or boots permitted in the gym.
- Gymnasts are asked to wear gym friendly attire to class (i.e. flexible clothing that is not overly baggy.) Gymnastics leotards & shorts are ideal but not required.
- Respect & kindness towards our gym, staff, students, and parents is expected of all students & parents entering GymKyds facilities.
*Policies for our Before & After School Care program differ from the policies above and are communicated with parents via email & a signed form upon registration.

Open houses at our Southdale location will take place in August. Open houses are a great way to see the gym, meet our staff, and get registered for the fall!

Pricing
Please note that classes fill up quick. Once a class reaches capacity, we may request partial or full payment earlier than expected to secure your spot. If we have not received the requested amount by the deadline given, your child will be removed from the class, this is to ensure the spaces in the class are available for those looking to register. A minimum payment of $100 per child is required before classes begin. Please keep an eye on your emails for updates, as this is our main way of communicating with you.
Please add an annual $35 registration fee. Registration fee must be paid at time of registration and is non-refundable. This is a once yearly fee for each gymnast, valid each year from September through August. Registration fee does not apply to camps. For Summer Session registration fee is $20 for new students who have not participated in the fall, winter, or spring sessions.
$10.00 photo fee (per child) is added to Winter registration only.
We do have online registration but we do not accept online payment at this time. Upon registering online for a program please call us and we can process a credit card payment over the phone, e-transfer to gymkyds@gmail.com or visit us in person to make payment.
Discounts
(only one discount per family, discounts apply to classes only and not camps)
- 10% discount for second child, 20% for third child, 30% for fourth child, 40% for fifth child, etc.
- 10% off for Active Military
- Register and pay for fall, winter, and spring sessions before December 25th and receive 10% off.

For camps, early drop off between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM and late pick-up between 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM is available at no extra charge for parents requiring the service. If you need extended care earlier than 8:00 AM or later than 5:00 PM arrangements can be made at an extra cost.
