Inservice Day Camps

No school? GymKyds has you covered! Full and half day options for ages 3 & up* on select inservice days. Campers get to experience gymnastics, crafts, games, outdoor activities, & more! We’re all about having fun, keeping fit, & making new friends!

Half days run 9:00 AM – 12:15 PM or 12:45 PM – 4:00 PM and full days are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. All pricing at the bottom of the page. When registering online please look under “Inservice Day Camps (Southdale)” to register.

Early drop off between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM and late pick-up between 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM is available at no extra charge for parents requiring the service. If you need extended care earlier than 8:00 AM or later than 5:00 PM arrangements please select the extended care option when registering online. Extended care is available from 7:30 AM-8:00 AM and 5:00-5:30 PM.

A few important notes:

• Payment for camps are due in advance by credit card payment over the phone (204-487-1806) or e-transfer to gymkyds@gmail.com . We do not accept online payments at this time.
• Campers must be potty trained and able to use the bathroom independently.
• Half Day AM pick up is 12:15 PM.
• Half Day PM drop off starts at 12:45 PM.

Things to Remember

What to wear?

• Campers should wear flexible clothing that is not overly baggy for gym time. No indoor shoes needed. Gymnastics leotards and shorts are great but not required.
• Please always send your camper with weather appropriate outerwear & footwear. We always do outdoor activities if the weather permits.
• Always pack a hat! A hat for sun protection in the spring/summer and a toque for colder weather.
• We provide sunscreen & help children apply it when necessary. If you have a preferred brand please send it with your child.

Snacks & Lunch

• Half day campers should pack a water bottle & 1 snack
• Full day campers should pack a water bottle, lunch, and 2 snacks.

Pricing

Camp Pricing	Half Day	$27 + GST = $28.35
	Full Day	$45 + GST = $47.25

Full Payment is REQUIRED before attendance

Cancellation Policy

Full Refund – Requires at least 14 days notice of cancellation

Credit to your account – Requires at least 7 days notice of cancellation

No refund – 6 days or less notice of cancellation
