Seniors Fitness Classes (Ages 55+) – Offered in Light and Moderate levels, our 45 minute Seniors Fitness classes are designed to focus on maintaining and improving mobility, agility, coordination, and balance of older adults. All exercises are able to be modified to suit participants.
