Teen/Adults Fitness Class (Ages 13-adult) – Expect fun, challenging workouts in a 45 minute fitness class. Build strength, coordination, and stamina in a fun, no pressure, inclusive atmosphere.

Seniors Fitness Classes (Ages 55+) – Offered in Light and Moderate levels, our 45 minute Seniors Fitness classes are designed to focus on maintaining and improving mobility, agility, coordination, and balance of older adults. All exercises are able to be modified to suit participants.

FREE SENIORS FITNESS TRIAL CLASSES – THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 3!

  • 6:00-6:45 – Light Level
  • 7:00-7:45 – Moderate level

Pre-registration is required to reserve your space in a free trial class. Please create a profile and register online or call 204-487-1806 to register by phone. For online registration please look under “Summer Camps 2020 (Southdale)” and look at September 3rd to find the classes.
